BURANE

The versatile laser system for laser peeling, skin resurfacing and skin rejuventation as well as smoothing out of scars and removal of skin changes

The Er:YAG laser systems of the BURANE family (BURANE and BURANE XL) work with a wavelength of 2940 nm.

BURANE is a laser for ablation of the skin.

BURANE XL is, with its unique triple-mode technology, a flexible system for a whole range of aethetic laser applications. The triple mode consists of:

  • the ablation mode for classic ablative procedures
  • the coagulation mode for non-ablative procedures
  • the combination mode with an optimized mixture between ablation and thermal modes

For BURANE XL two handpieces for fractional laser treatments are available :

  • FX4 with a spot size of 4 mm and
  • FX12 with a spot size of 12 mm.

The fractional use of BURANE XL complements the treatment spectrum. The handpieces are suited for all applications from simple laser peeling over wrinkle reduction and smoothing up to complete fractional skin resurfacing.

With this system, you can offer your patients treatments for a wide range of indications:

  • Skin resurfacing
  • Skin rejuvenation with the thermal mode practically without sick days for the patient
  • Smoothing of hypertrophal, hypotrophal and acne scars
  • Elimination of disturbing benign skin changes
  • Elimination of unpleasant side effects (for example, itching) for problematic scars
  • Non-pigmented dermal naevi
  • acnitic and seborrheic keratose
  • Xanthelasmas, etc.
