The unique scanning technology of the CO₂ laser provides convincing aesthetic results in fractional laser therapy. A cold air cooling attached directly to the scanner improves patient comfort during the treatment.
With its 10,600 nm wavelength, the CO₂ laser EXELO₂ is used for visible skin rejuvenation through the fractional laser treatment of wrinkles, scars and pigment changes. EXELO₂ combines micro-fine ablation zones for skin renewal and intense thermal stimulation for neo-synthesis of collagen. This leads to an optimal balance of good clinical and aesthetic results and fast healing with minimal side-effects. In Full Ablation Mode, the CO₂ laser EXELO₂ ablates superficial benign skin changes with the scanner handpiece.
Unique fractional scanning technology for aesthetic results
The fractional CO₂ laser system EXELO₂ wins you over with its unique scanning technology. The innovative jumping scanning pattern assures that the laser never shoots at neighboring zones, thus avoiding bulk heating.
In Random Mode, the ablation zones are randomly placed in the pattern, and in Soft Random Mode, the borders of the treatment area are gently faded out. The specific patterns are thus not clearly visible after the treatment; leading to aesthetic and natural results and increasing patient acceptance. The integrated pulse counter shows you at a glance how much energy has already been applied.
Maximum flexibility of treatment parameters
The versatile scanner of the CO₂ laser system EXELO₂ allows for extraordinarily fast and easy fractional treatments. The size and shape of the treatment area can be set directly at the scanner: Whether round, rectangular or triangular and up to 4 cm² – the treatment area always fits perfect without overlapping. This makes treatments of large or complex areas very easy. Spot density, pulse width and energy are flexibly adjustable to the individual findings.
Full Ablation Mode and laser scalpel
The powerful EXELO₂can easily ablate benign superficial skin changes in Full Ablation Mode – blood-free and directly with the scanner.
EXELO₂ also serves as a laser scalpel for small surgical indications – thanks to its high peak power of up to 40 watt and an optional handpiece.
Comfortable cold air cooling
A cold air cooling is directly attachable to the scanner. It drastically improves patient comfort and reduces the risk of side-effects. Anesthesia and assistance are unnecessary. Even darker skin types can thus be treated gently and safely.
