The Erbium:YAG laser system BURANE is the universal treatment solution for classic aesthetic laser dermatology. With its wavelength of 2,940 nm, BURANE is suitable for skin rejuvenation as well as for precise cold ablation of superficial and pigmented skin changes such as warts, xanthelasma and other epidermal nevi. Wrinkles and scars – including acne scars – are visibly reduced. The laser is especially safe: BURANE ablates the skin in controlled steps without thermally damaging the surrounding tissue.

BURANE has an easy-to-use design, long-lasting technology and a wide application range. This makes the universal system an extraordinarily economic laser for aesthetics. The Er:YAG laser removes many superficial skin changes in only one treatment. And with variable spot sizes from 1.5 to 5 mm, BURANE perfectly adapts to the individual findings – simply by change of spacers.

The extended version BURANE XL with unique Triple Mode Technology provides you with additional treatment options: Ablation Mode for classic ablative treatments, Thermal Mode for controlled induction of heat without ablation and Combination Mode, which effectively combines ablation and thermal pulses. With two optional handpieces, BURANE XL can be transformed into a fractional laser system in no time at all.
